4. Data protection

Where there is an option to enter personal or business data within the website (e-mail addresses, names, postal addresses) or data is sent to the author by e-mail, such data shall be divulged by the user on an explicitly voluntary basis. To the extent that it is necessary in respect of the website offering, the data shall be processed electronically in compliance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz [BDSG]). Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the effectiveness of the remaining clauses. German law alone shall apply. The place of jurisdiction and the place of performance of all claims shall be Nettetal.
